Return Policy

At MusicSamplePacks, we care about our customers’ satisfaction. However, we do not have a return policy for downloadable digital products (software, templates, music files, etc.), which by their very nature can be copied and cannot be returned once consumed. Therefore, we do not accept returns on such products after the purchase has been completed.

No Returns Accepted:

After the purchase of a downloadable digital product, whether or not the product has been downloaded, we will not accept any return or refund request.

If the product does not meet your expectations, if you do not like it, or if you purchased it by mistake, this is not a reason for a refund.

If you are experiencing technical problems (e.g. file corrupted, download link not working), please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide you with a working file. However, this does not imply a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In the following exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at MusicSamplePacks’ discretion:

Double Purchase: If you have accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us. We can issue a refund or provide a gift discount code if necessary.

Technical Error: If there is a serious technical error in the product itself, caused by us, that prevents the use of the product and we are unable to resolve it, a refund may be considered.
